Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gunnison, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description Construct a snowmelt system on the north side of Quigley Hall on the Western Colorado University (WCU) campus for storm water mitigation. Scope of Services Base Bid: Removal and disposal of approximately 2,400 square feet of an existing concrete pad, scarify, regrade and prep subgrade for installation of a complete and operable snow melt system. Replace the concrete pad in the revised configuration as shown on the drawings. The work also includes the saw cutting and removing of a 5 inch width of concrete sidewalk adjacent to the south end of Quigley Hall. Add Alternate 1: Substitute Base Bid piping material in tunnel with insulated polypropylene PP-RCT piping solutions. The construction period will include 98 working days.
