The City of Gunnison is issuing a request for qualifications (RFQ) for a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to execute improvements to the Citys sewer system. Reference Number 0000289820 General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Federally Funded The City of Gunnison will select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of and most advantageous for the City. The City reserves the right not to proceed with the project if necessary. The City of Gunnison will notify firms selected firms for follow up interviews by June 21, 2022 and interviews will be conducted June 23-24, 2022. The City of Gunnison will request price proposals for design services from CM, due July 1, 2022. The City of Gunnison anticipates awarding the contract on July 13, 2022.
