You are invited to bid on a General Contract for the construction of a new 6,000 S.F. Storage Building Addition for the City of Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. The building addition shall house a new two-bay drive-thru storage space and an additional open-air storage space. The completed work shall include extensions to the existing City of Seaford Utility Building located at 8000 Herring Run Road with a new pre-engineered metal building, concrete, noncombustible framing, metal siding, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work in the manner approved by the Architect. Subcontractors shall be qualified and experienced in projects of similar size, type and complexity as this one, and shall be subject, if requested by the Owner, to submit evidence of same prior to execution of the construction contract.
