The Delaware Army National Guard seeks professional services to design a replacement system for the existing forced air HVAC system at Pigman Readiness Center, 601 Bridgeville Highway, Seaford, DE 19773, with a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, with an energy recovery system on a dedicated outdoor air system for an approximately 22,200 sf building. There is no Bid Bond Requirement. There is no Performance Bond requirement. A mandatory pre-bid Meeting is not required and will not be established.
