Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Prineville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 68,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of June 16, 2022, project started site work June 2022. As of November 15, 2021, the bond was confirmed by ballot November 2021. Project is scheduled to start construction second quarter 2022. Orig Solicitation Below for Reference: For RFP Construction Manager - Design and Construction of the New Crook County Justice Center The Crook County Court requests proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors to assist in the design and to construct the planned Justice Center located in Crook County, Oregon. It is the intent of the County Court to enter into a contract with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), which will include a Fixed Fee and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the entire scope of the work. The selected CM/GC shall execute and perform all services required by AIA contracts A133(TM) and A201(TM). CM/GCs responding to this request will be evaluated based upon their qualifications, prior experience, proposed schedule and plan for completing the work, associated fees, and other relevant factors. The project will include, but not be limited to, the design and construction of the planned Justice Center and the development of all required on and off-site improvements to meet local codes and accommodate Project program requirements.
