Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 24, 2020 the project is awarded to Ace-Saginaw Paving Company in the amount of $173,191.60. Question Acceptance Deadline 02/11/2021 03:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Furnish all labor, material and equipment to include removal of existing pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk and replacement of said roadwork with appurtenances, complete, as per the project drawings and specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose.
