Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number: 0000314540 Provide a detailed bid to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove and replace an approximately 6-foot square, 6-inch high concrete roof curb that surrounds an existing exhaust fan atop the Odor Control Building at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work includes removal of the rooftop centrifugal exhaust fan, curb removal and replacement, replace and secure exhaust fan, and roof membrane repair and patchwork. Building is located at 100 Merchant Street, Port Huron, Michigan. See the attached specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on the bid form provided by the City of Port Huron via MITN for that purpose.
