The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants/Consulting firms to provide security systems evaluations for the Yolo County GS-Facilities Department per specifications outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Bidders who submit a response to this RFQ must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including the General Terms and Conditions contained in this RFQ. All questions regarding this RFQ are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the "Question & Answer," section of this solicitation. Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder. The County is not responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person. Contract duration: 3 years Q & A deadline: Feb 23, 2021 7:00:00 PM EST March 23, 2021 County Completes Evaluation March 30, 2021 Contract Award The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all SOQs or to cancel this RFQ in its entirety. Any SOQ received which does not meet the requirements of this RFQ may be considered to be non-responsive, and the SOQ may be rejected. Applicants must comply with all of the terms of this RFQ and all applicable State and County laws and regulations. The County may reject any SOQ that does not comply with all of the terms, conditions, and performance requirements of this RFQ. Minor irregularities or informalities in any response, which are immaterial or inconsequential in nature, and are neither affected by law nor a substantial variance with RFQ conditions, may be waived at the County's discretion whenever it is determined to be in the County's best interest. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
