Site work for a municipal facility in Sacramento, California. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes and fees necessary to bring propane tank vents and valves to current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Contractor will also be responsible for the safe disposal of waste in compliance with any applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Contractor will also be responsible for mileage incurred in providing services. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) propane tank valve update services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes and fees necessary to bring propane tank vents and valves to current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Contractor will also be responsible for the safe disposal of waste in compliance with any applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Contractor will also be responsible for mileage incurred in providing services. The Agreement may be amended to increase services at the rate(s) specified in Exhibit B, Budget Detail and Payment Provisions. CAL FIRE has the right to extend this agreement for one (1) year by amendment at the same terms, conditions and costs. The services shall be performed at the Valley View Conservation Camp - 3337 County Road 307, Elk Creek, CA 95939.
