Bidders must sign in (on the sheet provided) upon arrival and sign out upon completion of the walk-through activities. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the rejection of your bid. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide on-call moving and MSF services to support the Caltrans Sacramento Telework Space Planning (TSP) Project. The TSP project involves reducing the Caltrans office space footprint in the Sacramento area by terminating some leases and relocating staff to other State-owned or leased facilities. The TSP Project includes internal staff moves from leased office spaces that are being terminated and internal staffing relocations to accommodate the additional staff moving in. In addition, the TSP Project includes MSF modifications in office space to create shared (double) occupancy workstations, hoteling work areas, collaboration areas, and additional storage for full time teleworking staff to maximize occupancy within existing office space. This Agreement shall not include the following services: ergonomic adjustments, reasonable accommodation adjustments, safety repairs, and residential deliveries.
