The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Planning, invites qualified firms with extensive expertise in water resources planning including modeling, planning studies, GIS support, project management and water rights to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The Contractor will provide engineering and technical support services to support several water resources planning and reconnaissance initiatives. Estimated Contract Value: $10,000,000 - $20,000,000 Questions regarding services to be performed will not be answered by telephone.
