Board of Education, Oak Park Elementary School District 97, Oak Park, Cook County, Illinois, is seeking bids for Boiler Replacement work at Lincoln Elementary School located in 1111 S. Grove Ave., Oak Park, Illinois Bidders must comply with all of the requirements set forth in the Project Manual. The front of the envelope should be clearly marked "Lincoln Elementary School Boiler Replacement". Bid security, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Certificate of Insurance,as required by the Owner, will be required from the successful bidder. The Board of Education, Oak Park Elementary School District 97 reserves the right to waive any informalities, qualification or irregularities and/or reject any or all bids, when in its opinion, such action will serve the best interest of the Board of Education of Oak Park Elementary School District 97. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing rate of wage to all laborers, workmen and mechanics working on public funded projects.
