The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for renovations to the Polk Building (SB #788) on State Game Lands (SGL) #39 in Sandy Creek Township, Venango County. The scope of the project includes select demolition of building features, removal of the existing siding, installation of new metal siding, installation of garage doors, installation of windows, installation of an interior double door and replacement of an exterior wooden stairway and landing. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order. The intent of this project is to renovate an existing 2-story metal sided frame building measuring 55' x 100'. The building is located on State Game Lands (SGL) No. 39 in Sandy Creek Township, Venango County.
