Sealed proposals are requested for the supply and delivery of the following materials: 500 tons of 2RC; 1000 tons of Penn Dot 2A; 1000 tons of #8, 2% unwashed limestone; 575 tons of #8 washed, 1% for seal coats, limestone; 500 tons of antiskid, type AS2; 500 tons of AASHTO #1 limestone; 500 tons of PA #3 stone; 500 tons of R-6 Rip Rap; 5000 gallons of RS-2 oil; 5000 gallons of CRS-2 oil; 50 tons of 485 bituminous cold patch material; 50 tons of Superpave 9.5 MM Wearing Course, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL'S, SRL=L; and 50 tons of Superpave 25 MM Base Course, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL'S. All prices must be quoted FOB plant and delivered to the job site. Oils must be delivered and spread to township specifications. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
