The Supervisors will be accepting bids for providing and delivering various types and quantities of stone and oil. The stone bid consists of 1050 tons of DSA, 1300 tons of AASHTO #8 Limestone Aggregate Type A, 150 tons of AASHTO #67 Limestone Aggregate Type A, 100 tons of AASHTO #3 Limestone Aggregate Type A, 450 tons of Anti-Skid Type 6S Limestone, and 200 tons of 2A Modified State Approved Limestone, with all quantities being approximate. Prices must include delivery to the Township Maintenance Shed. For the oil bid, the quantities are approximately 20,000 gallons each of RS-2/CRS-2, RS-2PM/CRS-2PM, MC-70, and EDP30. Bidders of oil must be able to supply equipment and personnel to apply stone over oil (back stoning service), and must provide a truck rate per hour and a foreman rate per hour. Prices must include delivery to the various specified roadways. Bids are available at the address provided.
