Renovation of a municipal facility in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the renovation of the Administration Building - Phase II at the Clearfield-Jefferson Counties Regional Airport, DuBois Regional Airport. Bids will be received under three separate prime contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids must be prepared and submitted on prescribed forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Divisions 00 and 01 of the Project Manual. A bid security amounting to at least 10% of the Base Bid is required. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 days after opening. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and provide Contract Bonds and required insurance evidence within fifteen days following acceptance notification. Wages must comply with those predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and all work is subject to the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act regulations.
