Renovation of an educational facility in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 23, 2026, the project has not yet awarded. Estimated budget for scope 1 is 260,000 and scope 2 is 440,000. Bids will be received for Multiple Prime Contracts for HVAC and Control work at the Jeff Tech Facility. One Prime Contract (Scope 1) includes installing two new RTU's and replacing one unit. The second Prime Contract (Scope 2) includes upgrades to the building controls, specifically the replacement of the existing Siemens Apogee Building Automation System (BAS). The project is to be completed in accordance with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and must follow the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amos E. Rudolph, Architecture LLC. Each bidder must submit a bid security of 10% of the bid, and the successful bidder must provide satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention is called to the employment and minimum wage rate requirements. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the project details, and may not be withdrawn within 90 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
