Sealed bids are requested for the Cluck Ridge Road Bridge, over North Branch Mahantango Creek, Superstructure Replacement Project in Perry Township, 2nd Class of Snyder County, PA. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked for the project. Bids must include a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. A statement regarding previous performance of work subject to the "Equal Opportunity Clause" must be submitted with the initial bid. Bidders are encouraged to visit the project site prior to bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening. Prevailing wage rates apply to bridge construction contracts in excess of $100,000. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
