Furnish, by pick up or delivery as indicated, the following approximate quantities of materials for the remainder of 2026: 1) AASHTO #1 stone (#4), 200 tons more or less (pick up); 2) 2A Aggregate stone, 1500 tons more or less (delivery and pick up); 3) Superpave mix (9.5mm fine graded), 1500 tons more or less (pick up); 4) Superpave mix (25mm base coarse), 1300 tons more or less (pick up); 5) 15 inch corrugated plastic bell pipe (N12), 500 feet more or less (delivered); 6) 18 inch corrugated plastic bell pipe (N12), 500 feet more or less (delivered); 7) 6 (more or less) 24 inch by 24 inch by 24 inch concrete inlet boxes (delivered); 8) 6 (more or less) 24 inch by 24 inch by 6 inch inlet risers (delivered); 9) 6 (more or less) sets 24 inch by 24 inch steel frame 3 inch high and H-20 Bike Safe Grates (delivered); 10) 1 pallet of Flex A Fill 75 blocks per pallet (delivered); and 11) Diesel Fuel LSD in quantities as needed. All bid items must meet current 408 Penn Dot Specifications. Bidders may bid on one or more of the above. All bidders must submit a price breakdown (per ton, foot, or unit) as appropriate. All bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid payable to Foster Township. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 50% of the amount of the contract. The township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part of any bid received and reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularity in the bidding procedure.
