Question Deadline 08/12/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through online Roof Replacement and Miscellaneous Interior Repair project. This is a Single Prime Contract. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to: 1) demolish the existing built-up roofing systems in its entirety and replace them with a new EPDM roofing system; 2) asbestos containing material abatement at the roof level; 3) miscellaneous interior wall and ceiling repair or replacement due to water damage. In addition to EEO Executive Order 11246, Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in the aggregate on-site construction work force for contracts in excess of $10,000 as per the notice of requirement for affirmation action as contained in the contract documents. Attention is called to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 USC 179 LU and the Section 3 clause and regulations set forth in 24 CFR, Part 135.
