(2) 15-inch ADS double wall solid pipe in 20 ft. sections in quantities as needed (3) 2 ft. x 2 ft. catch basins in quantities as needed (4) 2 ft. x 2 ft. bike grates in quantities as needed (5) 2 ft x 4 ft. catch basins in quantities as needed (6) 2 ft. x 4 ft. bike grates in quantities as needed (7) Diesel Fuel LSD in quantities as needed Above items are being bid for a contract period beginning April 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024. A 10% Bid Bond or Certified Check must accompany all bids. Foster Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or a portion of any bids. Successful bidders shall post a 10% Performance bond upon award of contracts. B
