For the demolition, removal, transportation, and disposal of structures, buildings and contents, including asbestos assessment and removal, if any, and restoration of the property at 321-323 Fern Street, Foster Township, Luzerne County. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price upon the award of the contract. PA Prevailing Wages apply in contracts in excess of $25,000. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
