the Foster Township Municipal Building, 1000 Wyoming Avenue, Freeland, Pa Bid Security in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of Their Bid Amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of Their Bid Amount Within 15 Days of the Contract Being Awarded. The Project is Funded by a Grant From the Local Share Account (Lsa) Program Grant From the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and All Requirements of This Authority Are to Be Met by the Bidders. Foster Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portion Thereof or to Waive Informalities in the Bidding. Foster Township is an Equal Employment Opportunity/affirmative Action Employer. Bids May Be Held by Foster Township for a Period Not to Exceed Ninety (90) Days From the Date of Opening of the Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids Prior to Awarding the Contract.
