Renovation of a water / sewer project in Freeland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the rehabilitation of two (2) potable water wells and associated pre and post rehabilitation pump testing. This project is financed in part through funding from the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utility Services (RUS). All contracts must comply with the conditions of RUS and comport with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The general minimum prevailing wage rate as determined by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor and Industry is required for all work completed under this contract, as well as all subcontracts.
