1) 6,887 S.Y. Milling of Bituminous 2) 620 TON Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, IN PLACE All bid items must meet current 408 Penn Dot Specifications. All bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% percent of the total bid payable to "Foster Township". Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870 per calendar day. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the contract within 20 days after contract is awarded. Prevailing wage will apply Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Supervisors to be held on Wednesday, August 10, at 6:00 PM. The township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part of any bid received and reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularity in the bidding procedure.
