(2) Line Painting per lineal foot (New striping and re-striping) (3) 15-inch ADS double wall solid pipe in 20 ft. sections in quantities as needed (4) 2 ft. x 2 ft. catch basins in quantities as needed (5) 2 ft x 4 ft. catch basins in quantities as needed Above items are being bid for a contract period beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023. Contracts may be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, 6:00 pm or a subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interest of Foster Township. A 10% Bid Bond or Certified Check must accompany all bids. Foster Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or a portion of any bids. Successful bidders shall post a 10% Performance bond upon award of contracts.
