Site work and paving for a road / highway in Millheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the following work: on N High St (0.11 miles), Hillcrest St (0.19 miles), and Cherry St (0.08 miles): milling of bituminous paving notch (390 LF), milling of bituminous pavement (624 SY), WMA binder course 19.0 mm MIX (50 gyrations) (110 tons), WMA wearing course (scratch and leveling) 9.5 mm (170 tons), WMA wearing course 9.5 mm MIX Level I (50 gyrations) (337 tons), bituminous curb (900 LF), 15" corrugated plastic pipe, type "S" (80 LF), and type M inlet with bicycle safe grate (1 each). Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wage rates apply.
