Sealed proposals are requested for Contract S06-26-01A: Paving Improvements under a single Prime Contract. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes that clearly indicate the company name and address, and specify 'Paving Improvements.' Bidders may obtain one set of bidding documents by submitting a refundable deposit check of $100.00 payable to Pine-Richland School District, along with a request on company letterhead that includes firm name, contact, email, shipping address (no PO Boxes), and phone/fax numbers. Additional sets or electronic versions may be purchased directly from the designated printer. The deposit will be returned if the documents are returned within ten calendar days of the bid date, in usable condition, and a bona fide bid is received; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. Each bid must include a proposal guaranty of at least 10% of the total base bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable).
