Contract A: Work consists of the installation of a new outdoor panel, conduit, wiring, repairs/renovations to electrical components inside building and other miscellaneous work. Contract B: Work consists of repairs/replacement/renovation to walls, roof, interior components and other miscellaneous work. Proposals must be submitted upon the original forms furnished by the Township. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check as bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to the Township. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, and an 18-month Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply. West Deer Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to alter the scope of work.
