Each bid shall be made upon the forms provided in the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposed contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn after bids are opened for the period of time slated on the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bid.
