Eckert Road, Boise, ID 83716, between the existing event center, the existing overflow parking area, the river launch, gathering areas, Boise River greenbelt, forest loop, and fishing pier; the removal and replacement of existing pathway surfaces and pedestrian bridges; and the installation of a new fishing pier to replace the fishing pier that was removed due to safety concerns following flood damage caused in 2017; all as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings.
