The Margaretta Local School District requests qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for its ELPP K-12 Project. The Project is being constructed through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission's Expedited Local Partnership Program. Services required include working with District and the Architect for planning & design, preconstruction and at risk construction, and close-out of the Project. Firms must be experienced in the CMR delivery method, including scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review, GMP and open book pricing, and have experience in public school construction, including working with the OFCC; specific criteria and other information are included in the RFQ. The ELPP PK-12 Project consists of the construction of a new PK-12 School (ELPP) building, demolition and abatement of Margaretta Middle/High School, and abatement and partial demolition of the Margaretta Elementary School. The Project is being constructed through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission ("OFCC")'s Expedited Local Partnership Program ("ELPP"). To maximize the amount of reimbursement from the OFCC, the Project will be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Ohio School Design Manual. Professional design services are being acquired by the Owner under a separate contract. The Program of Requirements ("POR") will be developed as a part of this project by the Architect/Engineer ("A/E"). All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Owner's policies and procedures.
