Site work for a religious / funeral development in Winter Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
From qualified contractors for the construction and installation of columbarium units in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful Respondent will design, construct, supply, and install on site pre-assembled columbarium walls in Phase 1 of the Pineywood Cemetery cremation section. Pineywood Cemetery is a 10-acre cemetery owned and operated by the City of Winter Park located at 1810 South Lakemont Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792. Up to three (3) designs will be accepted from each proposer. Bid Bond Required Yes Bid Bond Amount Five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. Question End Date 2/23/2021 5:00 PM Selection Committee Meeting - Evaluation and Ranking March 9, 2021 5 Oral Presentations and Final Ranking March 16, 2021 6 Anticipated Commission Award TBD Upon contract award, the successful Respondent shall be required to furnish and pay for bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder by delivering to the City a Performance & Payment Bond ("P&P Bond") The P&P Bond shall be furnished in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the annual contract price, in such a form as the City may prescribe and with a surety company acceptable to the City The City reserves the right to make award(s) by individual item, aggregate, or none, or a combination thereof; with one or more suppliers; to cancel the formal solicitation; reject any or all proposals; or waive any minor informalities or technicalities in proposals received, as may be deemed in the best interest of the City in the City's sole discretion; and reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Respondent who submits a proposal meeting specifications in a way deemed most advantageous and best value to the City in the City's sole discretion
