Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Winter Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
The City of Winter Park is requesting responses from qualified contractors to complete remodels of the Police Department Lobby and Sallyport. Respondents may include a bid for one or both project sites. Project Site 1, Police Department Lobby: The successful Respondent will install a customer service pass-through window in the lobby. Project Site 2, Sallyport: The successful Respondent will construct a walled-in decontamination stall to prevent the spreading of the coronavirus. Insurance Required - Yes Bid Bond Required - Yes Bid Bond Amount- Five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Question End Date 3/17/2021 5:00 PM a) Minimum 4" embedded; b) Grout solid type; c) Shall have #5 vertical reinforcements 2. Include #1 3'x6' - 8" metal door and frame, including hardware, that accepts Schlage lock core supplied by City. a) Color should be satin nickel/brushed silver.
