Lancaster County School District is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for the district. Services provided shall include basic architectural and engineering services, site investigation, preparation of schematic/final designs, specifications, drawings, detailed estimates, development of project and contract documents, acquiring approvals from regulatory entities, weekly site visits, contract monitoring, administration & quality assurance. Qualifications submitted shall be in accordance with the proposal instructions included in the solicitation distributed to interested parties and shall include a current and accurate Federal Standard Form 254 & Federal Standard Form 255. Selection of firm(s) shall be made by an evaluation process in accordance with the Lancaster County School District Procurement Code. The firm(s) which, in the judgment of the selection committee, most closely meet the requirements of the Lancaster County School District shall be selected after successful negotiation of fees and contract terms and conditions. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
