As of February 18, 2022, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not been established. This solicitation has been developed to obtain a qualified Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, and to perform all applicable work necessary to provide renovationsto the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office Complex. All work must be performed according to the plans and specifications provided with this solicitation. Work completed for this task will be expected to adhere to all established laws, standards, and procedures required for this type activity in the State of South Carolina. The required specifications are listed in section below. Any exceptions to these requirements, any recommended deletions, or any recommended additions to these requirements must be requested, authorized by the County, and priced accordingly in the Exceptions to Bid section.
