Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lancaster, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the installation of a new Pan Handle finished water pump (LCWSD FWPS) and a Union County finished water pump (UC FWPS) including all piping, electrical, controls, etc. for a complete functioning project as shown on the contract drawings and included in the detailed specifications. Bidders must have a license to do work as a general contractor in the State of South Carolina Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of 60 days. The Owners reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owners further reserve the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom they find, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. Owners may also reject the Bid of any Bidder if the Owners believe that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder. Owners also reserve the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder
