Scope of Work. The Work consists of: ORG 187 - Nancy Moseley Elementary School - Renovation Project consists of the following: 1. An interior reception area with secured vestibule will be carved out of the existing entrance hallway 2. New building signage at entrances 3. New marquee sign at the front entry 4. Exterior waterproofing/sealant joints replacement 5. Fire alarm systems upgrade to serve new reception and vestibule 6. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting and provide exterior lights controls 7. New/additional cameras 8. Card access readers, video intercom, and door contact at 2 entrances and reception 9. Mechanical systems upgrades, new chiller and chiller replacement inclusive of a new pad and security cage 10. Roof patching as required 11. Replacement of portions of chilled /hot water piping 12. New electrical panel boards and transformer A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided.
