ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or services and delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods and services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. By signing this section, the bidder/proposer agrees to comply with the City of Dallas BID Policy. The purpose of this section is to confirm the M/WBE participation percentage for the sub-contracting team that will be utilized for the anticipated project. In this section, the prime contractor will show their proposal to meet the established M/WBE subcontracting goal. This section should include all subcontractors, both M/WBEs and non-M/WBEs, and should also include the prime contractor's percentage.
