Late bids and proposals will not be accepted Project Description: The purpose of this specification is to establish a sixty (60) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for the purchase of Pre-Cast Meter Vaults - Fiberglass Manhole Inserts & Wastewater Access Chamber for the City of Dallas with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th year pricing. ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or services and delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods and services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. Question Deadline 06/21/2024 at 3:00 PM CT It is the policy of the City of Dallas to involve qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) to the greatest extent feasible on the City's construction, procurement, and professional services contracts. The BID Policy establishes subcontracting goals and requirements for all prospective bidder/proposer to ensure a reasonable degree of M/WBE business inclusion and participation in City contracts. By signing this section, the bidder/proposer agrees to comply with the City of Dallas BID Policy. The purpose of this section is to confirm the M/WBE participation percentage for the sub-contracting team that will be utilized for the anticipated project. In this section, the prime contractor will show their proposal to meet the established M/WBE subcontracting goal. This section should include all subcontractors, both M/WBEs and non-M/WBEs, and should also include the prime contractor's percentage.
