Site work for a civil project in Cut Off, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Questions will be friday, February 19, 2021 until 10:00 am. The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 580 linear feet of culvert and 12 catch basins, the removal of culverts and catch basins, and appurtenances. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, Drawings, specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: GIS Engineering, LLC 16878 West Main Street Cut Off, La. 70345 Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of HIGHWAY, STREET, AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION or MUNICIPAL AND PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact Lafourche Parish Government no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
