the Lady of the Sea General Hospital Hospital and Laundry Buildings Demolition All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. Bids shall be accepted only from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163. The Bidder shall certify that he is licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150, et seq. by including the name of the project and the name, address and license number of the Bidder on the bid envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids may be submitted electronically in accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(E)
