Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with LA. R.S. 38:2212 (B) (2), (5) and/or LA. R.S. 39:1594 (C) (4). Free registration is required in order to submit a bid via the Central Bidding website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause as permitted by LA. R.S. 38:2214 (B).
