Supplying limestone, sand, and/or other suitable approved material used for site development for a period of six (6) months from July 15, 2024 to January 14, 2025 to be delivered and tailgate spread in areas as directed by the Commission. Bids will be considered per line item. The successful bidder will be required to execute an Agreement, Affidavit, and provide commercial general liability and automobile liability with limits of $1,000,000, and worker's compensation with limits set forth by Louisiana law. The Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. In the event of a tie, the bid proposal resulting in the lowest administration expense to the GLPC will be selected.
