The East Penn School District is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to provide the District with a district-wide facility assessment of ten occupied school buildings, administration and maintenance buildings, and sports complex. Accepted proposers may begin work on April 13, 2021 and must be completed by October 08, 2021. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. The successful vendor must comply with the District's equal opportunity requirements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
