Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 5, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Clarification Deadline - 2:00 PM Thursday, March 10, 2022.” Note: There is no new construction as part of this project. Project includes disconnection and demolition of well water station along existing Lehigh County Authority water main. Requires demolition and disposal of debris for an existing well station, buried water storage tanks, and appurtenances, along with abandonment of two (2) drinking water wells, and disconnection from existing water main. Repair materials to be confirmed based on the conditions identified after excavation. Options will be considered for the cap as long as the entire system is fully restrained. The concrete thrust block is an additional precaution.
