Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hemlock, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hemlock Public Schools will receive sealed Proposals for Roof Replacement. In compliance with MCL 380.1267, the bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of Hemlock Public Schools Board or Hemlock Public Schools Superintendent. The bid shall also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing whether the bidder is an Iran Linked Business in compliance with PA 517 of 2012. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure items. Hemlock Public Schools reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District's interest.
