Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions,irregularities or clerical errors not affecting the compliance with the plans and specifications. Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. Hemlock, MI. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request. Bids shall be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. The project is intended to be completed on or before August 1, 2023 unless otherwise agreed to between the owner and selected contractor.
