Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Hemlock, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
Sealed bid proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors by Hemlock Public Schools for Hemlock Public Schools for the BP 3 - High School Additions / Renovations. Requests by Contractors for inclusion as Bidders shall be addressed to the Project Manager, Craig Myers, at Wolgast Corporation. All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and drawing/specification intent are to be directed to the Construction Manager on a Clarification Request Form (Section 00310), attention Craig Myers. The Owner will award contracts on or about 12/7/2023, to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals, which they feel to be in their own best interest. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 11-21-2023.
