The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the FRONTIER REGIONAL SCHOOL TRACK IMPROVEMENTS Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The Contract Documents (Section 11, herein), Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
