TOWN OF DEERFIELD SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT - EASTERN AVENUE & CROSS STREET The work consists of the replacement of existing AC sanitary sewer piping with new PVC gravity sewer piping, including precast concrete manholes, service laterals and trench pavement repair. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Questions should also be directed to this location. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders. Failure to not acknowledge addenda may result in a bid rejection. A bid deposit shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bid which in their opinion, is in the public interest to do so. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer (DPC Engineering, LLC, bidding@dpcengineering.com) in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
